2. The IDC enrollment deposit is THB 12,000 (Euro 280) and can be paid online. Your deposit will be deducted from the total course price.

3. Check that you have ALL your certification cards
from Open Water to Divemaster or Assistant Instructor. If some
of them are missing please contact PADI prior to the IDC and
ask for a fax or e-mail confirming your certifications and PADI
number
(if available). Some of you may have certifications from other
organizations. Please bring them so we can provide PADI with
a
photocopy. Please contact Bjorn for more details.
4. Complete an Instructor Application
Form
and e-mail/fax it to us (optional).

5. If you are planning on a diving career in South East Asia,
please remember to transfer your PADI Membership to our PADI office
in Sydney, as soon as possible. This will save you valuable time
when PADI processes your IDC Application. Contact your current PADI office for more details.

6. Tourists are granted a 30-days tourist visa upon arrival
in Thailand. If you plan to stay longer than 30 days we will
recommend
that you obtain an Educational Visa via your
local Thai Embassy PRIOR to entering Thailand. This will save
you both
time
and
money
later. Please contact Bjorn for the documentation needed.

7. The following PADI materials are recommended for your preparation:
Instructor Manual (digital version free of charge), PADI's Guide to
Teaching, Encyclopedia and the
Knowledge
Workbook.
All required
PADI materials are available via us, at an especially discounted IDC Candidate
price.

8. It is highly recommended that you purchase the PADI Knowledge
Workbook and complete all questions using the PADI Encyclopedia
as reference. This is the most effective
way of preparing for your IE Dive Theory Exam. Additionally, please
complete the Divemaster test.

9. Ensure that all your scuba equipment is complete and in
perfect working order. Rental equipment available if needed.

10. Assist a PADI Instructor with courses to gain valuable teaching
experience.

11. RELAX! And look forward to an enjoyable IDC as a well-prepared
candidate.
